General Terms & Condition
Distance and time is calculated from garage back to garage for both within city and outside city trips. In case of a pickup from City A and drop to city B, the distance from the drop off point in city B to garage in City A will be calculated and the payment for the same has to be made by the customer.
Distance and time are calculated from the operator's garage and not from the customer's residence. Customers are requested to check the starting time and the starting odometer recorded on the trip sheet available with the driver prior to the journey. Disputes regarding the same will not be acceptable after completion of journey.
250 Kms Per Day Minimum Charge For Outstation Trips / Tours.
Charges : Toll Tax State Tax, Parkings, Time, Kms (on KM basis for outstation trips / tours) Km And Time Start From Our Garage To Garage/ Tours.
Service Tax & any other Government Tax as per Government guidelines will be charged on the total bill. GST will be charged 5%.
5% GST on Bill ( Only For Transportation )
If you required original bill then informed us on booking time.
Payment needs to be done in advance of the tour to confirm your booking in one of the following ways:
*30% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount)
*Transfer money in our Bank Account through Net Banking or cash Deposit.( cash Deposit Charges 5 % GST )
* By visiting our office and making the payment
* The balance amount has to be paid upon arrival..
For Local Duties, driver BA/TA is applicable after 08 Hours (or after 12 hours of service).
Extra time up to 60 minutes will be treated an hour, 61 minutes onwards as two hour and will attract tariff applicable to next higher slab/extra hour.
For Outstation Night Driving Duties, driver Charges is applicable after 08:00pm To 05:00am (per hour) Charges as Per Given Price.
Customer shall be responsible and liable for their own safety and security of luggage
Customer shall not smoke : chew tobacco or such other substances during the journey
Please carry a print-out of travelling voucher for the same.
Pictures only for criteria, tempo depend on availability.
Please fill up the drivers duty slip correctly once the trip is finished
We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Extra Overtime (per hour) Charges as Per Given Price and We Are Not Responsible If Client Reach Late Due To Traffic Jam, Tyre Penchers Etc.
AC will not work in hill areas or when the vehicle is parked/stopped.
This company is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident etc. during the journey.
In case of Breakdown of Vehicle or Unavailability of vehicle the same amount will be refunded with in 2 days.
Pickup & Dropping only One Point.
All the cancellation requests should be done through Experience India Tour by calling our Company number or send Email on Company Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred ( directly or indirectly ) due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
Mentioned rates not Applicable for Char Dham/ Leh & Ladakh / Jammu & Kashmir / Upper Parts of Himachal/Uttarakhand Like Nako & Tabo Etc.
The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol and Tax parking prices in India.
If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Plz Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
Without token amount booking not confirm.

Not - Hotel Booking Charges Not Refund.
Not - Rates Not valid for long weekend and Any Festival.
Not - Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety
Not - Booking Advance Amount is not Refundable.
