Here are our 9 days and 8 nights itinerary of some parts of Uttarakhand from Delhi.
Start the road trip from Delhi to Nainital. The highway is fine and the scenes you come across are immensely picturesque. Check into the hotel to relax, chill and freshen up. Step out to explore the vicinity and return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
The next day is all about sight-seeing all the lakes of the city like Eagle Lake, Ram Lake, Hanuman Lake, Naldamyanti Lake, Sita Lake, Laxman Lake, Bharat Lake, and more. Have a lunch break while exploring this pleasant city. Return to the hotel by late evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Have a lazy morning breakfast and then move towards Mukteshwar, another pleasant town in Uttarakhand. Check into the hotel on arrival and relax the whole day. You may step out to explore the town and return to the hotel in the night to have dinner and an overnight stay.
This day is totally reserved to explore Mukhteshwar. This town has a pleasing beauty and mountains sight to explore. The day will be spent on the fun while exploring and sight-seeing Mukhteshwar. Have a lunch break at some local hotel and return to the hotel by the night to spend the night and have dinner.
The next stop is Kausani and you will be moving for Kausani post having your breakfast and checking out of the hotel. You could go and explore some nearby places and have a good time amidst the hills. Return to the hotel for overnight stay and dinner.
After having breakfast in the hotel, you may go out to explore this part of the Himalayas. The beautiful sceneries from Kausani are extremely breathtaking and marvelous. The town is a quiet one which is enough to soothe you so make sure to make the most of this day.
After exploring Kausani, check out of the hotel post breakfast and get ready for the road trip for the next destination which is Ranikhet. Spend the day at the hotel on the arrival and have dinner at your hotel too
Have your breakfast and then go ahead to explore Ranikhet. Ranikhet has quite a lot of temples Jhula Devi temple, Kalika temple, Hairakhan temple and others so you can explore these. Other places to explore are Chaubatia Orchard, Bhalu Dham and more.
The tour ends on the 9th day and you have to move towards Delhi. You may have your breakfast at the hotel and relax for sometime and then get back into the car to leave for Delhi.
